Shipment

We ship all our items insured with DHL or Deutsche Post.
We ship within Germany and worldwide after prior agreement with the customer.

The shipping prices refer to postage and careful packaging of your order.
We process all orders within the delivery time specified for the products and hand them over to DHL as quickly as possible after receipt of payment.

For all products, we charge a flat shipping fee of 6.00 euros per order for delivery within Germany.

Separate prices are calculated for shipping abroad.

Please note:
Your packages may be subject to customs and import duties in the country (non-EU countries) to which the order is being shipped. These costs must be borne by the recipient. They must be paid to the parcel service provider (e.g. DHL, UPS...) on site upon receipt of the goods.

Payments

PayPal
You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment order to PayPal. You will receive further information during the order process. If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, you must be registered there in order to pay the invoice amount, or you must first register and authenticate yourself with your access data. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal after the payment order has been confirmed.

After placing your order, you will receive our bank details via email with the invoice. Please transfer the amount to our account below, stating the order number. As soon as we receive your payment, we will dispatch your goods immediately.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value, which will be deducted from the refund amount. No cancellation or exchange is possible for the following items
